How It Works
How It Works: Our 5-Stage Process
Our streamlined process ensures transparency and efficiency. Here's how we partner with you
We collect your essential data via a secure form: company/employer details, visa type (H2A/H2B), contract start date, job descriptions, number of workers needed, preferred/referred candidates, experience requirements, and optional services (e.g., transportation from origin to consulate, food, accommodation). We also require translated copies of FLC Disclosure and ETA 790.
We maintain a secure database of pre-screened candidates (full name, birth date, work experience, health certificate, valid passport). Upon your request, we match and refer qualified workers based on your specifications.
Our operations team verifies and updates worker details digitally via secure links for personal, immigration, and experience info. You can add, reduce, or replace workers anytime. Once consulate dates are approved, we notify candidates with appointment details (date, time, location) and complete DS-160 forms.
Our representatives meet workers at the designated site, review documents (passports, photos), conduct rights/responsibilities briefings, and submit materials. We handle any interviews or additional requests. Results are shared promptly, with documents returned. Per your request, we arrange transportation, meals, and lodging.
We track administrative resolutions to final decisions. Workers receive travel support to your site or origin. For ongoing needs, 24/7 humanitarian aid is available.
