Recruitment
The recruiting stage represents a critical and highly efficient component of Global Workforce’s streamlined five-stage process for facilitating H-2A and H-2B visa programs. Global Workforce maintains a secure, proprietary database of pre-screened candidates, each profile containing verified details including full name, date of birth, relevant work experience, current health/physical certificate, and a valid passport. Upon receipt of the employer’s specifications—submitted during the initial contract receipt stage—our team promptly matches and refers only those qualified workers who align precisely with the stated requirements, such as job descriptions, skill levels, number of positions, experience thresholds, and any preferred or referred candidates.
Candidates are drawn from an extensive, continuously updated pool of individuals from countries eligible under the H-2A (agricultural) and H-2B (non-agricultural) programs. Every profile undergoes rigorous prior verification to confirm authenticity of documents, medical fitness/health for the intended role, certificate of no criminal record, confirming no outstanding child support, and documented experience in sectors such as agriculture, hospitality, landscaping, or construction. This pre-screening eliminates unqualified applicants at the source, ensuring employers receive only high-caliber referrals.
Once contract details—including translated copies of the FLC Disclosure and ETA 790 forms—are received, the recruitment team applies a structured matching protocol. Employer-provided criteria (e.g., specific skills, seasonal availability, or geographic preferences) are cross-referenced against the database, enabling rapid identification and referral of suitable candidates. Preferred or referred workers submitted by the employer are seamlessly integrated into the process.
In full adherence to U.S. Department of Labor and Department of Homeland Security regulations, no recruitment or placement fees are ever charged to the workers. This policy safeguards program integrity and protects both employers and candidates from potential violations.
Our representatives meet workers at the designated site, review documents (passports, photos), conduct rights/responsibilities briefings, and submit materials. We handle any interviews or additional requests. Results are shared promptly, with documents returned. Per your request, we arrange transportation, meals, and lodging.
Time and Cost Efficiency: By leveraging a ready database rather than initiating broad external recruitment campaigns, employers typically achieve candidate referrals within days, significantly shortening the overall 60- to 120-day visa timeline and reducing administrative burden.
Risk Mitigation: Pre-verified health certificates, passports, and experience records minimize downstream issues during data collection or consular processing.
Scalability and Flexibility: The stage supports immediate scaling—whether for large seasonal agricultural crews under H-2A or specialized non-agricultural teams under H-2B—while accommodating employer adjustments to workforce size or composition.
Proven Expertise: Backed by more than 15 years of end-to-end H-2 visa facilitation, the process delivers reliable, compliant talent that meets the exact operational needs of U.S. employers.
